Thank you for another great season at the Retreat Petting Farm. We are now closed for the season. Join us this winter for Brattleboro's Winter Carnival or next spring on Memorial Day weekend. Please note, the Retreat Trails - our recreational trail network - is open year round to enjoy, as is the Grafton Village Cheese Specialty Cheese & Wine Shoppe.

The Retreat Petting Farm's season is from Memorial Day Weekend through Columbus Day Weekend. 

The Retreat Petting farm is a great family destination for all ages.

Feed and touch more than 50 animals on the farm and learn about these lovable creatures. Unique play areas round out the experience.

Meet the Animals!

How would you like to hold a newly hatched chick? Feed a one ton oxen? Groom a miniature horse? Play with baby goats and lambs? Feed the piglets? Visit with the farmer? Drive toy trucks? Play in the old silo? And receive a kiss from a majestic llama! You can do that and much more at the Farm.

Location

The Retreat Farm Petting Farm is located just outside of downtown Brattleboro, at 350 Linden Street, Brattleboro, Vermont. We are right on Route 30. Directions.

Information

Our rustic 7,500 square foot barn provides comfort for animals and visitors, rain or shine.

Open
Wednesdays - Saturdays 10 a.m. - 4 pm
Sundays 12 - 4 p.m.
Also open Mondays over Memorial Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day weekends from 12-4 p.m.

We are now closed for the season.
